Recently I've noticed that if something happens, where I am in a lot of stress, not as in, I have a speech to give or am around a lot of people, but, more when I am upset, I have something I would relate to a panic attack. It's like I can't calm down, I'll have rapid breathing, occasionally sweating/dizziness etc etc. Before the "attack" my stomach and chest tighten up and I feel like I'm going to be sick, so I know when one is coming. As far as I have read, you don't know when you're going to have a panic attack so I don't thing it's that.
A little help?

well your chest and stomach tightening is what your body does to get ready for the attack which owuld expalin the trouble breathing. i can guarantee its a panic attack cuz my mom used to get them alot and those symptoms sound like what she had. but when you get them just tell yourself everything will be okay and your not going to die and it should pass in about 5 to ten minutes tops.. if you keep getting them you should see a professional so that they can diagnose you on a professional basis.

i'd get it checked out by a doctor... its pry just a stress related disease, and pry easliy treated... but if its really bothering u, or makes u hurt alot tell a doctor... ur sposed to trust them
