Don't.Haha,keep 'em,they look cool.I'm weird like that..I like the way scars look.So I don't really care if I get a few scars.I mean by accident of course,I don't cut myself or anything like that!Getting tattoos on them sounds cool lol.Unless you have too many.

Aloe-Vera(sp?) and massage should work
You can also get specific massage oils to reduce scars, so you could try that
