It's less frowned upon when there's a reason though.

Of course it's okay. Everybody does, and I guarantee that most of the 'hard' guys do it too, but they're just too stuck on to the gimmick that they go by to admit it. Have I cried? Yeah, it happens. Everybody has the right to do it, as it's necessary in many ways to get all the painful thoughts and feelings out. There isn't anything wrong with it. It helps, a lot.
