That doesn't mean that I owe them social security benefits.
That doesn't mean that a criminal from Mexico should be able to be free in this country.
That doesn't mean that they should be taking jobs away from legal citizens.

One was an official war (with Mexico) and the other was simply an invasion (of the Americas).

I am partially Native American but I am not going to take lightly what happened to the African slaves. Both were terrible and neither have anything to do with the modern situation people sneaking into the US illegally.
