I've never told a girl I liked her before

I honestly don't have any real experiences with girls either, and I don't know why, but I find myself to be so much more.. I dont know, nervous around them?
Anyway, there's this girl that goes to my school named Fran. She's so amazing. She's the type of person you become instantly comfortable with the minute you meet her. She has a cute short haircut and freckles and everything, and dresses however she wants [you should've seen these wicked shoes she had on today]
Um. So obviously I like her, a lot. She's bisexual too, I just have no idea how she feels towards me. I think I have a problem with picking up the 'signs' lol. I realized today I suck at flirting when I'm crushing really hard, cause I get all flustered and stupid. I just want to flat out tell her, but the thing is I've only really met her two weeks ago I think. And I don't want to create this awkward barrier if I find out she doesn't like me back..
I swear, with guys it's so much easier. Maybe they're more obvious or something I dont know.
Argh what should I do? Sad

Okay, treece, the rundown starts now. First of all, some people find blustery and frantically nervous signs to be cute, so just continue to be yourself, unless they like the girls/guys who are experienced and know exactly what to say, in that case, they're stuck up. Second, if you can't pick up the sings, and you want to know, you can find out indirectly or directly. You can either ask a friend if she talks about you, or ask her to ask your crush if she likes you, or you can ask her yourself. Personally, asking her yourself is a better bet, but don't come off too hard, and talk with her to make sure the friendship will be okay afterward. Don't worry about the aftereffects, if you see an opportunity, take it, because if you wait, it might be too late.

I always ask the guys. Usually they're too slow to catch on that i like them, so i have to spell it out for them.

pretty much do what zrc said to do, but ill give ya what i did real quick:
just start talking to her and get to know her more, like things she likes to do, favorite bands, etc. From there, ask her to hang out with a few friends so she can see what theyre like and such since she will probably be with you sometimes when youre with them. And finally, just go with it and ask her out, it worked for me, been seeing the girl for over a year
