I don't like baggy clothes.
So get some skinnies, maybe darker skinnies. Dark blue, black, or jean colored.
Bright colors are not good for "Curvy" girls.

If you don't like tighter shirts, try some baby doll shirts.
They're cute and cover up any pooch, or they're just good if you don't like tight things.
They also look cute with skinnies.
But, they are girly, maybe you're not into that kind of thing.

FLAT IRON THAT HAIR, and depending on what kind of hair you have,
maybe use some wax or mud, to give it a little pazzaz.

Whatever you do, don't try to hard you'll only look like a poser.

Hope that helped
I spam, and I like ham, call me ma'am or your head will go BAM.
So let me spam and eat my ham while you call me ma'am and your head wont go bam. Bored Much?

Lol, I wear baggy clothes too :p
I do wear skinnies sometimes, but they're usually black or dark denim, that way it's not easy to tell you're curvy. And as for T-shirts, I normally buy them where they're tight at the top and are loose around the waist, hips (depending on how long the shirt is)
I usually buy the shirts from K-mart in Large or X-Large Juniors (but I'm really tall too so size will vary)

I kinda had the same as you did
I actually buy just plain shirts in different kinds of colours and print cute pictures on it
That's mostly because they don't always have my size =[ which sucks, or not what I want haha
Also try to wear just normal jeans, when you think you can't really wear skinnies because of your legs
And long shirts are deffo a must!! you look way longer and slimmer then Wink

DON'T DYE YOUR HAIR BLACK. okay, it makes people look stupid and poserish. Wear what you like, don't give into the stereotype of a scene girl. Try things that other people would be too scared to try on or wear or whatever.

Edit: You're so adorable! dodn't change yourself if you like who YOU are.

good luck!

To get the scene hair: Cut layers and straighten it (everyday). No dying is needed, but if you want, you can add highlights/lowlights to make it more 'alive'. How to style it, go chech the 'tease hair' thread in the Emo Wiki-forum.

Now to your clothes.
It's not about looking scene here, imo, it's about finding clothes that fits you and that you feel comfortable in. Don't squeeze yourself into a pair of skinny fit jeans in size zero just because you want to look scene. However, just because you're curvy, it doesn't mean you're not able to pull off skinnies. Just make sure there is a balance, so your thighs (sp?) don't look huge. And buy them in your size, muffin tops are bad.
Tunics are great if you want to hide your belly. If you don't want to show off any boobs, plain t-shirts are good, too. Make sure they aren't too short.
Baggy clothes are great, but if they are too baggy, it can make you look bigger. I usually wear a big t-shirt with a pair of skinnies and baggy jeans with a little more tight t-shirt. Get what I mean? (:
Either baggy at the bottom and tight at the top or vice versa.

You've got some good advices already, listen to them.

(and don't forget to have fun with your clothes! try on something completley different to what you're used to buy next time. it might look great on you ^_____^)
dream, love, cure.
