um theres this stuff in a s,mall little bottle its like wax for your hair i dunno what brand but it works and use some stong hairspray and gel buy lots cuz it takes a lot to spike it. good luck dear ^^
ill put this bullet in my head annd youd ask why with my last breath id alpoligize for bleeding on your shirt...

if u want ur hair like the pic ur guna need alot of hair wax and hair spray n gel and a blow dryer lol..theres loads of brands for hair wax but i use beyond the zone it works pretty good it holds up for a pretty good while

try using gabsty Hair spray and a lot of wax.At the tips use a little gel.
