ok so i'm going to re-dye my hair and i have been having a really hard time in finding how i want it to look like .

so anyways i want it to be black and Turquoise but how can i get is so it looks a little like this pic

and how should i style my hair to go along with the colors ????

Ummm...you should start by dying the hair underneath black.Then bleach the hair on top and dye it turquoise so that the color is brighter.You could do really drastic layers and get your bands cut a little below your eyes so you can do whatever you want with them.I hope I helped.=]

Drastic layers ?? i dont know what that is i mean i dont want to go to the hair dresser and ask them to do that on my hair and they not know what it is .
