you send friend requests by looking at thier profile-ish thingy and pressing on add friend or soomething liike that

its quite simple

Yes. You also really didn't need to post in all caps, either.

To add a friend to your page, click the 'my friends page'.
If there are requests waiting, you can accept/decline them there
by choosing the option from the list and checking them.

To send a request, click on the persons username, then
the 'add to friends' option on the page. (its pretty hard to miss, lol).
