ugh,
i don't want to look back on my life when i am on my death bead and think
"that was lame! why didn't i do this and that?"

i don't want to look back and my life had been a waste or something,
but if i do something exciting or against my parents wishes then i will disappoint them or whatever. but i do want to do my own thing.

should i do my own thing or live a lame life?
am i just stupid?

You have your whole life to do insane things. You should respect your parents wishes though, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun.

It's true you have your whole life to do insane things, but if you do them when your older there is a better chance of turning around and getting a slap in the face for it from the police, bank, your peers, etc...It's better to have the excitement when your still with your parents cause of the thrill of getting away with say sneaking out or something. When youu have your own home you can sneak out of it but there is no risk and it's no fun. Your parents would understand I'm sure if it makes you happy.
