do you have any classes to-gether?if som, maybe try talking about an assignment first,or working on it to-gether at school kinda thing.talk about music,books,anything really.talk about how much your math teacher's a bitch or something.just get a conversation going,things will probably flow more easily after that.

Yeah, just talk about something simple to start. Like a project, teachers, or classes. Once you get talking, it will be easier to keep the conversation going. try to see if he has a myspace and add him (he might say if he's gay or not on it.... then if he does haha LUCKY YOU!!) but also find out if he has a girlfriend or a boyfriend... and see if you have any friends who know him or friends with him
