I straighten my hair with a crappy, short living effect, straightener, and I clip my bangs back.
It's getting really boring doing the same thing everyday with my hair.
I need something else to do.
And my hair won't hold a curl or anything.

Personally I'm a big fan of pigtails and/or headbands...
I'm not very creative with my hair because it's not that long, at the moment...

there are a couple i've found that don't hurt so much though!

but you could always try the like...cloth ones that aren't really a headband... i dunno what to call them.
