I would suggest staying with your boyfriend.
If you leave him for his bestfriend then you will feel bad in the end.
If you have been friends for 7 years, then you can most likely stay friends and even though that it might be a little weird considering that you know that he likes you, it will probably be for the best.
You could maybe even help this Ben with finding a new girlfriend if he and you were willing.
