Almost everybody eats more meat than they actually needs to. Eating vegetarian once or twice a week doesn't only give you a whole world of new, exciting dishes, it's also better for your health. You don't die because you don't eat meat every day.
i agree but.
i was thinking in the sense of permanently being a vegetarian.
its all in equal balance of food.
but then again it still dosent help out environment
- helps us,but not our environment
It's all about knowing what to eat instead of meat.
It's true, some people need meat, but a lot of people don't. But you cannot just stop eating meat and don't replace it with anything.
No, if one person goes vegetarian/vegan it won't change a thing for the environment. But if ten thousand people stop eating meat, then we can talk about a smaller difference (but not for the whole world, of course).
I don't believe in a meat-free world, because that is never going to happen.
And vegetarian food is more than salad.
