Tea has something in its makeup that counteracts the effects of caffeine. If you have any tea I recommend you try that.

The caffiene in coffee isn't as effective as you thing it is.
It's mostly a psychological thing.
So, my advice:
Go drink some hot Tea, and think of yourself as NOT hyper.

I Get hyper alot.
mainly cause i drink Alot of energydrinks, (Red Bull/RedRooster/Boost)
and if someone else is hyper, i get hyper too..

Music in general makes me hyper. Like, at parties, when everybody else is drinking, I get hyper when I hear a good (or, often terribly bad) song.
Boys Like Girls makes me want to go out and run 3271664237 miles. It's strange.
and of course, Wake the Dead by Comeback Kid.
I do not get hyper that often, though. I don't drink coffee, energy drinks or alcohol. Maybe that's why, heh.
To calm down, drink water and put on slow music. I often listen to Sigur Ros when I'm going to sleep.
