emo = music style and stuff
scene = the clothing style and hairstyle that ''emo'' people wear.
Scene is the same as emo

"A cherry sunset blossoms,
But we're not there to watch it fall,
On the vacant canvas, we should be waiting,
With our face down on the grass,
Staring till our eyes give way,
Let's paint this city black,
While the night's still young"

scene..alright. well.

Shirts:

type 1. Tee's
vintage band tees. jeffree star, kiki kannible clothing is good. anything with with patterns or cartoon characters [pokemon, hello kitty, or super heroes is good] they have to be skinny and tight, not loose. but not showing skin either. it should go just above the belt and its ok if it scrunches up, it doesnt have to be like perfect.

type 2. Other
mod stuff is good. those shirts that are like dresses, with skinny jeans, or footless tights, with a studded belt around your wait and some flats are an example of that kind of an outfit. some call the those "pregnant tees" lol because they have a stitch at the chest and flow down. just so u know what im talking about loll

Pants:
Skinny Jeans
yeah you knew that was coming. skinnies are a must. it depends on what level of scene u want to be. neutral scene girls wear just black, or dark-medium blue skinnies. if u want to be more extreme u can also purchase a variety of bright colors including red, green, pink, bright blue, and so on. they have to be the right length. not too high, not too long. and they must fit, they SHOULD be pretty tight, but not uncomfortable.

Shoes:
Converse high tops, Vans slip ons, or multiple designed flats are the stabdards of scene sho wear. tho u can really make them original by adding stuff on them haha. i have slip on vans and i colored them with high lighter so they wouldnt be just black and white. so thats an idea?. but yeah.

Accessories:
accessories are very big in scene fashion for girls. they wear lots of braceltes.
all different kinds, the whole idea is u dont have to ever match. in fact its supposed to contrast. earings arent a big deal, studs are good tho if theyre already pierced.
**headbands and bows**
are BIG ones. its very very verryyyy popular to always either have a bow or a headband in. not like it matters, but its cute haha x]. but yeah. bows go on the side a bit, on your bangs. either side.
arm warmers..
some scene kids wear arm warmers. they are usually guys but i wear them and ive seen other girls wear them. if not arm warmers, cuffs are good, theyre basically bracelets but cloth lol. they should be patterned too.
necklaces.
depending on what ur wearing, and what level of extremity u want to go to, they usually wear bigggg necklaces, with either a logo on them, or a cartoon charater, or just like, really bigggg colored beads. with one of those mod dresses i was talking about. otherwise wear a cute choker or something.

NOTE: emo is a genre of music. scene is the fashion. but they both fall under the same category. its Emo Scene, but people use either one. same thing.

hope that helped!!
