2.) conditioner
3.) *optional* oil (lavender,rosemary..)
Mix the food coloring and conditioner in, if you want add the the oils in. Finally apply to hair

I know my parents somewhat bug me about using permament dye so this is good and the tissue paper one is harder for you to get the color out but I think it's because I used a different brandkrazystalkergrl wrote: ha i should try this ! ive been begging my mom. and since it washes out she should let me!

ok wait...
so hair wet or dry?
then I mix conditioner and food colouring, and how do I apply that to my hair?
then would you wipe off the conditioner goop
but I guess you couldn't rinse it cos it would come out
I'm rlly terrible with instructions >.<

dry and a little bit at a time and no wiping it off because the color won't be in your hair
this reminds me of the kool-aid temp dye

Hairspray and temporary dye's really aren't that expensive
And if you can't dye your hair because 'your parents wont let you', I doubt they'd be too fond of this either

Agreed.
I'd never put food dye or anything like that in my hair. Ever.
