How to make skinny Jeans

I've been everywhere and i cant the Perfect fitting jeans, how can you make normal jeans skinny, i know it has something to do with cutting them but i dont know what

You have to undo the seam on the sides and than you can pull them to your leg until they are tight on you, than just use some like sewing pin thingys to hold the seem in place, and than you can just sew the seam again and than you have your own skinny jeans

If your extremely bored and know some one with a sewing machine, you could practice on some old jeans.

You can also go to a tailor and pay like $20 to have them made into skinny jeans.. Well, it depends on how many seams they have to take out, but you could get old jeans done for cheaper than buying new jeans.

I've bought shirts before and taken them to tailors and they fit like whoaa.
