So yesterday I made one of them. I followed my idea and blue print and got this. You can do the same thing for a belt.
You'll need:
scissors
duct/duck tape
a belt buckle
hole puncher
*****Optional******
Studs and paint
*****Steps
1. First measure your wrist/waist.
2. Cut two or more strips of duct tape the length of your wrist/waist. Make sure for the wrist yo add up to 3 inches extra and for the waist an extra 4 inches for enough room.
3.The first strip should be adhesive side up, then add the strips halfway (put strip on top of another strip so that the strips take only half of a strip of the other strip.
4. To complete the band fold the edges that still have sticky side showing so that sticky side is sticking to the duct tape.
5. Take one end of the of the duct tape strip and like on a belt fold it over and make a small slit for the buckle.
Then take the buckle and make sure it goes through the slit, then duct tape the duct tape together so it holds in place
6.Just like how you made the strip of duct tape make a small strip of duct tape so that it can hold the extra strip of duct tape in place then hole punch holes in the strip so you can adjust it. Duct tape it .
7. Thicken the duct tape band by adding more duct tape.

Put the studs on and paint it however you want.
