How to lose a lot of weight
my stomach is getting big (i eat a lot ) and i want to know how to lose like 30 pounds

I am naturally extremely skinny which helps.
Good things to remember though.
Meat: only eat small amounts. Think closed fist sized...diameter that is not width....
Veggies: Eat salads and get lots of fiber
Spread meals into 5 small meals a day.
Eat slowly, it makes your stomach, think its full faster.
Remember do a lot of activities like running to burn calories.
Don't eat out as much and try to get as much home cooked food as possible. Not pre-made frozen stuff....
Follow these and you will be looking good in no time!

exercise+eating righ= loss of wieght
i did the starvation method... my ribs r cleary visible...and i h8 taking my shirt off =/, not to mention i look extrmely weak ><

bless your heart but sorry ppl that complain they are fat anooy mei would do anythign to put et on but becasue i was and anorrxic for so long i cant force myself to do it. my only friend has to sit on me once a day maybe twice depending on how brave she feeling and foce tuna mayyo, bread and butter, yoghurt etc down my throat an not let me move for over and hour so i =can throw it up. it very degreading. i just want to be able to eat like a normal person and sit in a resurant but i cant cos i cant eat. my body rejects it ifi do it myself so please ppl just think about what you are doing to your bodys and minds if you choose you are feelling fat becasue just look at me as an example. x

I know its not healthy or normal but i starve myself and i lost weight. my body is now used to a small food intake.
My tips i use
Never eat over 1000kcals a day
Exercise
Take green tea to boost your metabolism
Drink coffee but use sweetener not sugar
If you want your belly flat you're gonna have to really want it and be prepared to work for it.
Whats really more important - enjoying a chocolate bar for 2 minutes or looking great?

not be vicious darling but that is not wat they need to here it ppl lilke you that make normal girls ends up in a situation like min! becasue of people like you i cant go and enjoy a meal or gor to a resturant, sorry but that is not a safe way to do it meantally or physically cos you may look thiinner but actually you are not losing weight cos as soon as you eat again your body saves and takes on what it can in return making you fatter. sorry love but if your are guna post lik ehtat please dnt comment becasue this is not a pro anna site!

oddly enough, i was looking at a pro-ana/pro-mia site last night.
(don't ask why, i don't even know.)
but it had a lot of good tips...
and some not so good =/
but here are some of what makes sense to me!

Water. We absolutely must drink water to survive, and it has zero calories, so there's no excuse to not drink it. As we typically get much of our water content through foods, when we reduce food intake we begin to dehydrate ourselves, which is dangerous. Also, cold water chills the body and may raise metabolism to get warm again.
Vitamins and minerals. We must have these, too, to survive and so again there is no excuse to not take at least a basic daily multivitamin (which may help reduce some cravings as well). Vitamins are vital in keeping our bodies functioning and our skin / hair / teeth nice. Particularly be aware of electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, salt, along with water balance) and calcium.
Protein. Protein is necessary, particularly if you're exercising. It maintains and repairs our muscles, including heart muscle, which is (last I heard) kind of a requisite for continued survival.
Understand yourself. Learn what you need, and when, and why. Everyone is unique and there are no hard-and-fast universally applicable laws. Our bodies are very good at telling us what we need, and knowing what you need gives control over how you choose to satisfy those needs.
Keep a food diary. Write down everything you eat and anything else you feel might be helpful to know. This will allow you to measure progress and track patterns over time.
Eat slowly, in small bites. Cut your food up into small pieces. Pause while eating to drink water or whatever other liquid you enjoy. It takes a while for "full" signals to get from our stomach to our brain. Also, if you eat over a longer period of time and add more liquids, it can trick your mind into thinking you've eaten more.

i starved myself 2 dont do that i ended up in the hospital for a week. my stomach looks so gross so bony!! eww..... just dont do it!

sorry but i was in hoaspital for nearly 6 months becasue i wansteven able to breath by myself becasue i was too thin so just dont do it for pitty sake!
