We've had a few topics about this general idea but HOW to go about it seems to have been over looked.

Naturally we see a post-apocalyptic wasteland where people die of starvation and disease. People live in brutal dog eat dog conditions because there is not enough to go around for everyone so they must take from others what they need for themselves.

Artificially we see an unemotional technological utopia where people are either systematically killed or sterilized to control the population.

this is too similar to the overpopulation thread. I'll just add a poll there
