Cause Kind Dumb gets a lot of shit on this forum as it is, and I'm not currently hiring consultants to tell me new methods of handling new users, such as "weeding". He wants to say the bans were unfair and tell people to "weed" the noobs, while continuing to bash the user whom people were banned for bashing. It's just another short ban.

Look at all of our best users. Were they bashed when new and posted a few dumb threads? probably not. Would they have stayed and became our best users if they had been? nope.

If someone such as Ashr joined now, they would not want to stay. I want to avoid this, hence the happy place we do not talk about where all of the regulars have been sent.
