How do you numb the pain in your life?

well i cut too but very very very very very(....) rarely..
But i scream into a pillow till it hurts or just cry
hear loud music or just take a shower that really helps ^^

well i'll try and forget it.. if i cant then i'll use music..i'll write it and listen to it... but the best thing to do that wont cause any physical pain wich i hope you do this is talk to somebody that you trust and get every thing you want to say out there.. please dont harm your self because of some body's stupid mistakes Crying or Very sad

I don't just cut. I cut smart. Music and writing are the only positive oulets I have. Other than that I reopen old wounds on my body so no one will notice. I scratch my face. If anyone asks why I just say I had a zit. I cut my strech marks. It hurts more and nobody notices. I cut my feet. It's easier to hide and heels faster.

It takes too much energy to hate you. So I've taken the liberty of forgetting that you exist. BTW who are you and why should I care?

the best place to cut is your hand...the inside of it..i cook a lot so i can just say the knife slipped...so yea but i don't want to give any suggestions its really bad...i haven't done it in a while...other then that i just cry for hours...pucnch the walls, or pillows...or i just drown myself in music...

i cut cry write sing anything but i never get to do much of that because i get in trouble if i do so when i do cut i basically carv my arm up until its covered with cuts and bleeding everywhere... keeping stuff in isnt a very good thing for me
