Okayyy I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I have to put this somewhere...
About 15-20 minutes ago, I found out that my grandfather might be dying </3 :'[
His heart is enlargered and always has been and he has diabetes as well as some other health problems.
As some of you know by reading my other posts my dad died not that long ago and my grandfather is really the only thing I have left.
Right now, my grandfather's suger is really high as well as his blood pressure.
That means he could go into a suger coma, or have a heart attack or stroke.

So, how do I cope if he does die?
He's not even dead yet and may be alright and I'm already worrying.....

Honestly the best way to cope is not to mourn so much as to remember the best times you've ever had. Tell the great stories about him if it happens.

my grandad died last year, while i was with him, i know its awful...
but there really isnt much u can can do =[
u just have to stay strong.
i know u can get though this, so believe in yourself.
if he does pass away, he will want u to always be happy and possitive & keep happy memoiries of him close to your heart always.
But maybe u'll be lucky & he'll get though this, so try not to think so bad.
just always look on the bright side.
i hope he's alright xox

My great grandmother died two weeks ago.
I went and saw her when she was in the hospital almost everyday(she had multiple things wrong with her). My last words to her were "I love you maw-maw, but i have too go." The next day they put her on a morphine drip to keep her asleep until she passed(a few days later). I came home from school after have a horrible day, and found out she had died that morning. I took it kind of hard at first but then i thought 'She's not suffering anymore and she lived a full life. ' Yes i cried but, as Nexus said, me and my cousins just started talking about all the good times we had with her. If the worst happens just think of all the great times and remember him how he was.

aww....i fell terrible.ive never had someone very close to me die, but i know what it feels like from other experiences.of course, crying helps get the emotions out, and remember the good times you had.it also helps if you talk to your family about memories and such.

I only ever met my grandma on my mom's side.
So,I didn't really know what was going on when she died I guess.

I'm so sorry. this reminds me of my grandpa and how we really couldn't do anything to save him from dying.
Just know that you have to learn to grow on your own, with your dad and grandpa watching over you. It's heartbreaking but it'll be okay soon enough. I guess it just takes time and for you to hang in there

I didnt have any emotion when my grandma died. I thought it would be better to just not think bout it. Even block it out. That helped me but idk if that will work for u.
