I like Hot Topic but it kind of depends on what youa re looking for.

I don't really like Spenser's. I feel embarrassed that they even carry some of the clothes that I've worn.

There's a lot of stuff in their stores that's not appropriate for kids like a whole bunch of sex toys and drug paraphernalia.

I feel you. Canada gets jipped a lot. xP

Apparently they have one in Toronto (from what I heard, don't quote me on that, I heard it through the grapevine as well)

I guess we (when I get back) will have to search through the racks like we always do!
