RE: Harry Potter vs. Twilight?
Eh... I like them both, to an extent.
With Harry Potter I loved the books and the movies. With Twilight, the books were great but the movie sucked and I personally believe that the director should be shot.

Twilight is a mediocre series of books (as in, the writing is nothing exceptional) with a plot destined to blow it out of proportion with popularity. Immortal, beautiful, dark and mysterious vampire falls in love with an extremely plain girl.
And, the movie was incredibly dissapointing. Kristen Stewart, what the hell? She can't even act. Might as well string up a dead body and give it a wig.
Harry Potter was an extremely clever well written series and great movies came of it, so I don't see why Twilight would even be considered competition.

I've always been a fan of Harry Potter.
Twilight just kills me with the girl who plays Bellas' acting. She shows no emotion, though the others are barely any better.
& then in the new moon trailer when its her birthday, really, it is terrible acting.

I beg to differ.
Beetle Juice is just one silly movie, it's a bit crude & even though it was somewhat humourous to watch, and a bit entertaining, but it's not much compared to Harry Potter. It has no real climax, and they bluntly tell you everything that's going on in the movie. I like a movie that really lets you think about the plot and characters.

no real climax? LOL it may not be strong however it's not obivous what the ending is like in harry potter, which uses over-used plot.It too obivous unlike in beetle juice you can't whats going to happen. The climax is whether or not lidia marries beetle juice and whether or not she's going to stay in that house, and whether or not the couple survives.PoptartsBleedJellyNoMore wrote:Kakashicon wrote: there are both ok but Beetle Juice and the addams Family pwn their asses.

But she didn't marry him, and she did stay, and what to do you mean survive? They're ghosts. Of course they're still there. And we knew that ending was coming, but you can't predict endings 100% of the time in Harry Potter movies.
Point is; it doesn't Pwn HP, maybe Twilight, though I haven't seen it.
