I think this needs to be fixed:

Feedback #1:
Let's say "Bob" joins and spams 3 threads in the broken hearts section. And "Bob" keeps repeating that. When you go to their profile and click on "view posts" apparently you can still see threads which have likely been moved (to where you can't see it) or deleted, but still show up.

so I find myself flagging something that mods likely already dealt with Confused
A bug, maybe?

A new user is actually close to nudity. Such short everything as the profile photo. It doesnt say hot it says "slutty" and "myspace whore"

Suggestion #1:
Disallow users to comment on peoples profiles until they reach a certain number of posts, let's say 30.
Theres alot of rule breakers/spammers/people who get banned/ with 1-10 posts who have posted crap on profiles. They make about 100 profile comments to suck up for what they screw up on the forums.

It's in the forum rules that people can't have nudity or profane images posted or uploaded.

I think this is actually a pretty good idea. Although I'd probably make it higher than 30 because I've seen people make 30 posts in less than a day easily.

I'll agree with that as well. It is pretty dang easy to make 30 posts in a day, I think even I did it when I joined.

After all, if they can profile spam, they can forum spam. My original thought was 70-100, just to spare us alot of problems and to know whos-who before they go spamming profile comments/friend adds.

This site's search button REALLY needs to be improved. The google-style sucks. I'm sick of google already. You should make it more the way it is on other forums, like...serebiiforums.com. That would rock.
my deviantART!!!

Why do we go o sites like emobucket? Because we want a bit of rest from the rest of the society who won't accept us because we're unique? Well, if that's why, then I'm much more happier being a pathetic scene, than a mindless conformer clone.

Pictures should have to be approved by mods before they can be uploaded. >=[

I'm going to agree with that.
too many weird pictures and stuff. I have a load of links to report (Im putting them all in one file)

also, I dont think even 100 is enough to stop the profile spam, etc. 200 at the least I want to say, its too easy to post alot...

You rang?

Here's a suggestion: I'd like it if when a mod makes a topic if they didn't lock it so that we could discuss it. Things like rules threads and such.

And Blind, I like your idea. I'd say just make a big old thread, but dumb new users wouldn't catch on. We have a lot of users who just come to promote their band.

I think all the Announcements / Stickies need a revamp (redoing on a good scale).

And well, it'd get big and messy if they left if open. so why not have either a sub-category for Rules Feedback (in Feedback & Suggestions) or just have the section below it.

Let's say;

emobucket section:
Announcement: Blah (locked) so people read the only post(s) that matter
Sub-section or new section:
Announcement: Blah Feedback(Open)

Example of Revamp:
The Emo Bucket
Announcement: Emo Bucket MYSPACE!
Announcement: [ Poll ] EmoBucket's New Chat Room
Announcement: EB Rules, Conduct, and Search Button Info.
Announcement: Recognized User: Syd "The Face" Mellor
Announcement: Updates (check regularly)
I'm not even sure what to say about this. to me, it uses space. I have a big screen and theres just too many Announcements / Stickies.

Sticky: New users
Sticky: ATTENTION: TALK HERE!!!
Sticky: the everything social networking thread

MADE INTO THIS:

The Emo Bucket
Announcement:FORUM RULES - Conduct & Search Button
People read things with all caps.

Announcement: [ Poll ]Emobucket Chatroom & Myspace
Get's more attention, merges 2 announcements.

Announcement: Updates (check regularly)

Sticky: ATTENTION: GENERAL CHAT/TALK IN HERE!!!
People again love caps
Sticky: SOCIAL NETWORKING: MYSPACE/MSN/ETC HERE!!
Again with the caps, or mayb ease off of it. But re-naming things sometimes solves for common stupidity and the inability to read big words, for some people they have no idea what the heck "social networking" means,so they ignore it.

Sticky: Recognized User: Syd "The Face" Mellor
Because it's less important and people should read the rules, and other things that keep them from making stupid posts, before this.

Sticky: New users
Move to the Introductions area. Make it a big Announcement sticky, Explaining all the rules in one thread.

Recap:
The Emo Bucket
Announcement:FORUM RULES - Conduct & Search Button
Announcement: [ Poll ]Emobucket Chatroom & Myspace
Sticky: ATTENTION: GENERAL CHAT/TALK IN HERE!!!
Sticky: SOCIAL NETWORKING: MYSPACE/MSN/ETC HERE!!
Sticky: Recognized User: Syd "The Face" Mellor

New Rules:
Since theres a freaking THREAD for MYSPACE/MSN/etc... I don't think it should be allowed in signatures or otherwise. And because this thread exists, I think people who give out such info on profile comments, where any random 0 poster that loves commenting on everyones profile in sight can see it, should be disallowed as well.

There should be something when they join to say "do not ask / post myspace / msn / etc, there is a thread for it, but first read the Anti Stalker/Dating Policy thread" or something.

I don't know if someone already pointed this out, but anyways; I think you should be able to delete comments you've posted on someone else's profile. also, why is there an edit function on other people's comments in your profile? that should be removed, since some idiot people like editing the comments they get in stupid ways.

I would suggest renaming the Broken Hearts section. It's a bit misleading until you read the description underneath. The title makes it seem like you should only post if you broke up with your bf/gf or whoever.
