How do you guys make your hair so poofy?
and where can I get the hair bows and different mascara makeup ?

well the way i know how to make ur hair pretty poofy
is using ALOT of hairspray
how i do mine : section ur hair then close to the roots spray alot of hairspray then use a comb or brush and brush up instead of down to make it puffy then add a lil bit more spray and then continue it all over ur hair ^^
and hair bows usually u can find some mabye at hot topic but i usually just go to a fabric store or craft store and buy a bunch of ribbons and just glue a bobbypin or clip to it
and mascara best place is prolly at sally's
