Dye-ing old clothes

Dye-ing old clothes

This sounds like the most boring topic ever, but what the hell.
I want to dye some of my clothes black (ie, a pair of jeans, maybe some old t-shirts that are faded but are sooo comfy i dont wanna throw them out, etc)
what's a good way to go about doing this, and waht to use?

There is dye for clothes. Here, you can find it at the grocery stores, but I don't know about over there.
It's dye that you put in your washing machine and then wash your clothes with.

You can vintage out your pants with coffee grounds and they'll smell goooodd
AND! Joann Fabrics has tye-dye dye for like 3 bucks, which you can use one colour (:
Works like a charm.

You could but some Ritz black dye from Walgreens or Wal-Mart or, usually, any grocer.
Thats what I use to dye my faded black skinnys. :]
