I don't really see why you'd ask this question. You don't have to have a certain color of skin to be anything. Why can't a black person be emo? I mean it's like saying a white person can be "gangster" or whatever. It's ridiculous.

Haha umm im black and im emo. But if u get to know me im far from the stereotypical black person. I have only dated two black guys in my whole life! But anyway im the only black emo i know or have ever seen in person. I really dont care though. Maybe cus ive been this way forever.

Being emo depends on what kind of person u are and not what u look like. When iwasjust getting into the whole emo thing I asked myself the same question. I guess its really just ur opinion. Either way I don't care what people think because I have my friends who accept me and that's all thhat matters
