the girl seems a little too transparent around the head where the shadow in the background is showing through. and the lighting seems a little inconsistent. the shadows in the background shows the light coming from the left of the image, but the Girl (i dont know if that is you ) has the light coming from the right, Could be candles that make it correct but i'm not sure.

You are so right, well let me tell you something.. I am so bad in lightening and making shadows! I think i have to go over it again before submiting it to the contest!!
As for the transparency, actually, there is non. It's not the shadowy figure in the background that is showing through her head haha, it's the final brush.. once the picture was done, i added the final brush and without it, there wouldn't be that effect you see in the picture..
