oK i HaVe tHe uGlIeSt BlOnD HaIr I nEEd HeLP. iT is "califonia blond" and i am not aloud to die it at all. My parent says it will ruin my "prity blond hair" but thats what i want. So a translation: dont tell me to die it... not an option. I have no bangs and i dont do the ones that cover your forhead only and are only one length. I had that a few years ago and that was befor i was "emo". And the length is(and sorry but the only way i can explain it) mid-boob lenth. And it cant be too short because that looks wird unless it emo-BOY styel and i have a totaly open mind so if you suggest boy hair go ahed. But a lot of steyls cant be pulled off blond. and i am not a "girly-emo" i dont realy do skirts,ect. my styel is a little more boy like but still like a girl and I need HELP!!!!

Bleach blonde kind of hair can be great for the scene look! If you like the more guyish style you could cut your hair short and mess it up. It'll look great!

For a long hair cut you could cut the outer layer of your hair shortish and puff it up, and keep the inner layers long.

try getting highlights in your hair
it dosent really damage your hair. and it'll put more color into
your hair
you can do different hair styles to put up your volume.
dont fully dye your hair cause it will infact damage your hair
