Not sure where the OP is from, but in the UK we have: U, PG, 12A, 12, 15, 18, R18.
12A = People under twelve not allowed into cinema without an adult.
R18 = Can only be sold to adults in licensed sex stores.
I think you could pass for fifteen. They may ask your age when you go in though. =]

I don't really see the point in it. It only came around in 2002 when people began to complain about the age rating on Spider-Man (which was originally a 12 here).
