well i mean the basic reason im like this is even when i get foodstamps my mom doesnt take me to go shopping
so i rely on the corner market everynight and its basically a gas station store without the gas.
they sell no fruits or anything
ima try to get my mom to take me to the grocery store since im dieting (: haha
but i eat almost all fruits and veggies is anything but brussel sprouts onions lettuce tomato celery brocoli etc etc

have you tried fresh juice? you can have it as a snack, but not too often cos juice contains sugar (im a bit of a juice junky)
what about milkshakes or smoothies for breakfast?
do you eat courgette?
cabbage?
cauliflower?
peppers?
leek?
sweet potato?
Rocket?
spinach?
bok choi?
Aubergine?
put it this way, you cant be eating healthily without fruit and veggies
so maybe you should try eating some things you dont like?
perhaps its the way that they were prepared that made you dislike them.

your chances of losing weight arent good, if you dont change your lifestyle to do it.
the most basic part of weight loss is eat less more often
and eat healthy food.
and the longer it takes you to prepare a meal, the more your body is going to appreciate it
so no more instant food (it all tastes like crap anyway)
my faverite meal is lean steak, grilled, with grilled courgette, and grilled sweet potato, or steamed broccoli and mash, or garden salad

this may sound a little odd but it's extremely good.
Only thing is you have to buy a pizza unless you know how to make your own.
Once you have the pizza put cooked fries on it.
On top of the fries put chedder cheese, or a cheese of your choosing.
Heat it up in the oven for a few minutes.
Then you have cheese fries pizza.

Low-fat breaded chicken and gravy
Three chicken breasts, thawed and trimmed of fat
1 egg white (very important. Separate the yolk out)
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Gravy:
1 can of 99% fat free chicken broth (or lowest fat percentage you can find)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning OR McCormick chicken spice (most supermarkets have a knockoff that's just as good)
ground pepper to taste
1/2 low-fat milk
Several tbsp cornstarch or white flour
Place egg whites into shallow bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper to it, then beat the egg until thoroughly mixed. Put the bread crumbs onto a saucer or plate. Coat the chicken breasts with the egg mixture, then dredge the chicken in the bread crumbs, being sure to coat the breast thoroughly, then set aside. Repeat with all three chicken breasts. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet and add the chicken breasts. pan-fry until each side is browned and the chicken is cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, empty the can of chicken brother into a small sauce pan. Add the spices and salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Mix the milk and cornstarch/flour in a cup, then turn down the heat on the burner simmering the broth. Stir in the milk mixture, and make sure to stir with a fork to keep lumps from forming. Allow to simmer on very low heat until desired consistency. Put over chicken, and you can also pour this over mashed potatoes, yolk-free egg noodles, or brown rice.
The breading step can also be used for pork chops and mushroom sauce.

you don't always want to remove the starchlostandconfused wrote: Rice is pretty easy to make, and you can put a lot of stuff in it (veggies/sauces/whatever). It's also very filling. Just soak your rice for about 15 minutes to get rid of the starch, add water to a pan and put the rise in, and then heat the rice until the water all boils down. You now have delicious rice. Warning, be careful how much you make...it tends to expand quickly.
Spahgetti is also a pretty easy meal to make. Boil some water. Add noodles (at this point, add salt and olive oil if you'd like some). Let the noodles sit for about 10-15 minutes. Drain the spaghetti into a strainer and then rinse with warm water. Yum!

Wannabe apple pie! (1 portion)
For the days you crave something sweet but barely has anything at home or the energy to make it. This will make you full like a kastrull!
What you need:
One apple
Sugar
Cinnamon
Oat meal
Butter (milk free butter is fine if you want to make it vegan or is allergic to milk)
How to do it:
Cut the apple into pieces and put in on a plate or in a bowl.
Put on as much sugar and cinnamon as you like, and mix with the apples.
Put it in the microwave until it's warm.
Take as much oatmeal as you want (I'm a sucker for it so I put on lots) and put it in the bowl/plate and mix.
Put on a little butter and put it in the microwave again.
MUUUUNCH!
I've noticed that it can be a bit dry sometimes but I haven't figured out what to put in yet.
