I have taken a few pics of myself. I don't really like them, but my friends do, and that's why I don't delete them.

im always shite at taking pics of myself to come out how i want them to look.
have to try really hard and take like 50 or so pics of the same position until i pic out a my fav few pics and ditch the rest.

I'm just going to say this. When my camera used to work. I would take 100 to 150 shots of myself and upload maybe 20 or so. Then skim the numbers down. I like taking so many different angles and such to see what turns out good.
Would that make me a camera whore? I don't think I look very good in most of the shots. but when I pick a picture it turns out damn good. :] At least in my opinion.
And Violetvelvetine I've seen some of your pictures. Your pictures are pretty awesome so I'd say you take pretty good pictures of yourself even if they are from one sort of angle and what not. :]

Never, not of myself anyway.
Always go to parks and shiz to take scenic photography and whatnot. People photography isn't my thing.
My current avatar was only taken because I realized I had no photo to use as an avatar on this site, the sun was on the back of my hand and the camera was on the computer desk. So what I did was manipulate my hand to fit within the shadow of my head and I then took a photo.
That will possibly be my photo for the next couple of years, it's the same case with my myspace photos. I'm a procrastinator.
