It's 4:30 AM and I wake to a blood running down my face. It's all over my pillow and sheets. I find later that morning that I had rolled about and spread it amongst my face. But it's coming from my lungs and out my nose. It's horribly painful. The blood started running when I got in a car crash over the summer but as the pain from the crash went away, so did the blood. Only recently did it come back. The blood is accompanied with a horrible cough or wheezing. I don't smoke or anything like that so I know that is not a possible cause.
But it's not just there that the blood is coming from. It's also coming vaginally. And I KNOW I'm not on my period. It runs like a constant stream at times and is a bright red. I Googled this and some hemopytsis came up but I want to know what's going on. I don't think that I need to go to the doctor but maybe I should. I just want to know what the hell my body's up to or if anyone's ever had this problem as well.

Yeah well I've mentioned it to my doctor before and he said that it would pass in time. So what now?!

It sounds like it could be internal bleeding/bruising
I say DEMAND your doctor see you and examine you.
Edit: If your doctor still says no, go to the emergency room.

Fuck what they say.
Tell them your symptoms.
And even when you're sick, you're a sweetie <_<
Which is why I love you, and am upset you're like this

You need to go to an ER if this situation happens again soon. Don't clean up the blood. Come as you are to the ER and let them see for their own eyes. Seeing you bloodied should be enough reason for an auto-admit. I'm worried it is your blood pressure spiking, which can lead to stroke. Get a same-day sick appointment are your physician. Tell them everything.

You might think menthols are a good idea, until this sort of shit happens.
Stick to regular cigarettes.
Or just not smoke at all.

See a different doctor
I can't imagine a respectable doctor saying "ignore all bleeding orifaces until they just go away"
