Like how you must experience dogs telling you to murder for yourself in order to comment on, say, Son of Sam?

Deuce wrote: Anyone who debates either yay or nay for religion without having experienced in their own right - to a degree, that involves their every last neuron, fibre, blood drop, and soul, is only kidding themselves that they know one way or the other.

So, there should be no debate if somebody says the Sun is Apollo driving a flaming chariot? You're right, there should be no nay or yay necessary since there's a complete absence of proof, I agree with you there.

Deuce wrote: Then again, how much of that do I actually believe in?

Not very much, would be my guess. I know you. I know you!

Oh, and I would very much like to know why you think you're a LaVeyan satanist. Lets see if you even know what it means.

But guessing just oh so randomly, "satinist" means it's nothin' but pure evil!

Modern satanism is about putting yourself in the center: ethical egoism. I wouldn't consider that 'pure evil'.

I'm Jewish, by blood.
I didn't even know until about a year ago when my grandparents dragged me off to some random Sabbath thing.
It's... well, I didn't grow up Jewish.
I don't feel Jewish.
But I guess I am.

Being with Satin at all is evil because he is evil....
Ergo-pure evil.

But modern satanism doesn't have anything to do with satan; you neither worship him or have any other connection with him. Not that he exists, but you get the point.

That is so confusing. And wrong labeling, isn't it?

It's really not that confusing, milady. Though I guess you could say that it has been given the wrong label. In the 60's a modern version of satanism popped up, where a typical form of individualism was the common practice. They do not succumb themselves to any higher, metaphyiscal being, and thus their morals aren't based on any religious authority.

However, there are different forms of satanism: LaVeyan, materialistic, chaos-gnostic etc. In some of them you do devote yourself to satan, or whatever.

Ok. Well for an insight as to much of what I believe in, here you are.

Novus Spiritus

As for my general feelings.

Im primarilly a Knostic Christian.

But I have combined elements of the following faiths into my beleifs:

Wiccan
Buddhisim
Taoism
Shamanisim (Comes from my Cherokee Indian Background)

I have only been Baptised within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS).

I believe in Reincarnation.
I believe in phsycics.
I believe in a MOTHER god, in addition to the Father.
I DONT believe there is a place for ETERNAL damnation, however I do believe their is a place where "Black Entities" and suicides go.

I belive, that should you commit suicide, you return stright to UTERO, and are reborn again, to complete your promise to yourself and god to continue.

I belive, that before we came to earth, we planned out Life, on our "CHART" where we have predestined paths, that we must make choices on where to go.

There is TOO much for me to say what I believe in. But overall this is what I have to say to ALL of you!

:If you have a personal relationship with god, or whatever being you believe in, then that is all that is needed. What others belive, and what others think of YOUR beliefs, does not matter.

You are your own person, with your own divine spark of gods love and enternal happiness. So dont be pushed to belive somthing you dont!:

SPAZ MUCH?

I couldnt bear to tell the girl I loved, that I was only dreaming and that she was merely a figment of my imagination, so I kissed her, and as the world lost its color, I slowly woke up.
