Do you like what I've become
I became this for you
You don't like what I've become
When it was done all for you

You try to hide your guilt
I blame only you
You try to fight guilt
But it builds inside you

I'm getting out
Away from you
I'm falling out
Breaking in two

You tried to control me
I broke the chains
You tried to silence me
I ignored the pain

I'm finally free
No longer your pet
You can't stand to see
Something you won't let

I'm getting out
