Yes, almost every kid in my grade gets whatever they want from their parents. There are many kids that yell at their parents and tell them what to do.

Pretty much.

Well, my mom is a single parent, so I'm not spoiled at all.

I don't have a cell phone or a laptop or even my own pet. My house is tight on money. I have enough clothes, I suppose. I have a lot of clothes, actually. But some of them don't fit properly.

definitly. children have access to things that past generations could not have even dreamed of. we live in an age where often times the more spoiled a child is, the more popular they are. parents are "expected" to spoil their kids with video games, cell phones, computers, clothes, etc. in order for their child to fit in.

I was just saying in general.

When I was a kid I personally didn't have:

cable tv
a cell phone
air conditioning
internet access (until I was about 14)
an ipod

Now that I have a job and my own place I do have all these things though....

I think it even goes beyond spoiled children.

I think there's a lot of spoiled adults. They can get really snooty and prissy too. They're probably the ones causing the kids to turn out badly.

yeah all these kids drive to school with new cars all the time...it sucks. they go to florida and the bahamas or another country for summer and every other break they have during the year, buy new clothes every week, and their parents dote and spoil them...its just so annoying.

do u live in like, california or something?
