hmmm? write manga? as in writing one? or a online comic? if its a online comic i really would love to learn how i always wanted to write one xD(only thing is i can't draw xD!!)

you could try to do it in programms like Paintshop pro

damn i don't have paintshop D: i doubt its compatible with my comp too i have a vista(WHICH SUCKS!!!)
