this thread and all others like it (anti-twilight sites and forums) gives the series undue attention. you're making the series more popular.

I don't get the whole deal with girls fawning over a fictional character.
But I am a girl, and it is a chick flick, but not that good of one. The highlight of the whole movie was the Harry Potter preveiw. mean people for making me wait until the summer, then again I don't do anything in the summer..

I watched the Get smart yesterday, and The Princess diaries 1 and 2 today..those are GOOD chick flicks...the last good ones from Disney

In all honesty, I don't hate the series.
But I hate the fact that it's getting more attention than it deserves.
I hate that everyone is all lovey about Edward Cullen, he's FICTIONAL. God Damnit.
So, if I can. I want to join.

I only watched the movie.
Blegh,I hated it,cause it was all romance chick flick crap.
I can't say much though because I haven't read the books and therefore I can not criticize it very much at all.
I admit though,I guess I have seen worse,still though,it bored me to death.

but i REALLY hate twighlight i think the imagination of stephanie meyer(yes ive read it) is great but she doesnt know how to use it. in my opinion, TWIGHLIGHT SUXXXXXX AND THE MOVIE SUX TOO. I HATE IT na i HATE how ppl are obsessed with IT.

at first i was quite a bit interested at the whole vampire werewolves thing

but turns out it was just like any other whiny love stories
still i had to watched it twice

NOT my fault my friends forced me to watch it the first time
and then another group of friends forced me to watch it..again

well i guess i will join because i was once obsessed with it until i started to get over it then my little sister got into it so i was like what the hell its just a fucking book and most ppl hate to read until the stupid book became a movie and the went too see the movie so they thought to read the book. RAWR i hate the ppl that do that i red all 4 books and they suck now they should all burn in hell in my point of view!!!

If you are going to insult something, learn to spell it atleast.

I liked the movie purely for the cinematography. They had some really beautiful shots, and sets.

The following is an actual recount of something that happened to me,
it is also the reason I wish to join your club.

A (female, whether it matters) friend of mine was extremely upset, because a member of her family had passed away. I decided to write her a poem, to attempt to cheer her up.
A line in this poem read;

"And as the sun sets and leaves us both behind,
I'm glad I'm the only person in the world left in the twilight of your eyes."

She then proceeded to grin, completely forget she was in mourning, and exclaim; "Twilight? *Random fangirl speak* EDWARD CULLEN?!@ *Scary fangirl speak*."

I considered becoming an hero.

Also, I have not, nor shall not, read the terrible series of books.

i think the books are awsome,i saw the movie it wasn't perfect but movies based on books usualy never are. god damn it...
