Guess it kind of depends on how much your willing to pay for hair products and stuff, but I usually use
"Sunsilk: Anti-Poof Cream" and a little bit of straightning hairspray.

If you wear pony tails allot, try lessing on how much you where 'em, sometimes that helps a bit.
