I absolutely can't see animals hurt! I am vegetarian and i have 9 pets (3 dogs 2 cats 2 goats and 2 horses)
Did you know most children that abuse animals grow up to be major criminals!?! our library cat(mom's the librarian,) had kittens a few weeks ago, and I get to keep 2, I couldn't bear to see them hurt! Animals are our friends, not an object for torture!

I'm interested in what you'd define as animal cruelty? Is it torturing animals for the fun of it? Eating them? Testing new drugs on them?

watching shows like animal cops really opened my eyes to domestic violence against animals, which i am against, however, i am 100% for animal testing, which, by the way, was the original source for the cures for most major illnesses today. IMO, whatever works to our favor. this last 2/18, i lost my godfather, who really raised me like his own. i would kill 1 million monkeys if it meant that he didn't have to die. i think if you suffer a loss where someone dies prematurely due to illness, your perspective changes a lot

Animal cruelty has got to be one of THE most horrible things in this world, i mean i get really sad if i see a spider thats missing a few legs, like today.
Why do people feel the need to hurt something innocent and defencless, theyre just sick and twisted and need a reality check.
I'm absolutely against animal cruelty and never have or will associate with anyone that does do animal cruelty unless its me hurting the people inflicting pain on the animal.

What say you to nature so? Animals kill animals in a variety of manners for food, all of which are traumatic and painful. It's the natural order.

Ah, but cats don't farm mice for the kill. I see the way humans get their food as kind of... cheating. I know it's wonderful that the only work we average city-dwelling folk have to do is prepare the food, but so much is wasted. If we had to hunt it for ourselves, we'd be a lot more conscious about what goes to waste. It's a whole entangled issue in my mind, and I would have to completely divert this thread from it's original purpose to explain it fully.
In short, it is the pitiful lives that most farmed animals will live, everything that goes to waste, and the way their lives are generally not acknowledged that bothers me.

i hate animal cruelty! I love animals of all types and i think they have feelings just like people. We should all get together and beat some animal hater ass!

I would be greatly upset but its actions would be understandable.
I would also destroy such beast in mankind's honor.
