I was wondering if you had to be a certain age to get a tattoo?
My mother was going to take me to get a tattoo, and my grandma (whom I live with) said I could, but my friend told me you have to be eighteen.
Could someone tell me if this is true or not? I'm too lazy to look it up elsewhere, and I don't know where to begin looking.
Does the age limit differ in different states? I live in Michigan, for the record.
