Don't know if people have ever seen these around other forums, but the point is users that have been around longer (900+ posts) adopt a newer user and help em' out. The criteria is simple, to adopt you must be an active member that contributes (That means adds something to the forum) and won't end up making the noob worse. If you adopt, befriend your noob, and help them out with questions they ask. Some people put their noobs in their signatures IE: ''Username276 is my noob, back off" or "Username335 is my awesome noob".
If your a noob, your only criteria is not to be annoying, and put on your best attitude so people like you.
New Rules:
Only two Noobs per adopter.
Noobs can only have one adopter.
