Accidental self injury

I just bit the site of my mouth and it hurts.
the other day i burned my mouth cos my coffee was too hot
a week ago i cut my finger chopping onions
i've had scary papercuts, and i get endless bruises from not looking where im going and walking into furniture
this is all without counting hangovers

so, what are your boo boos?
and do they ever make you feel stupid?

I've got a blood nose from walking into a doorframe.
And a cut on my lip from when me and a guy knocked teeth, owie

I keep on ripping my finger callouses on accident and it feels weird.
It doesn't hurt, it like.. tingles.

A couple of years ago I was slicing a block of cheese with what was basically a butter knife. It slipped and caught my finger.

7th or 8th grade my friend's sister was chasing me with a mop around the kitchen for some reason. I grabbed handle and let go and it hit her. She hit me like a guy and the ring she was wearing split my eyebrow. She freaked and went and got a butterfly bandage and gave me a cover story (SOAPS (shoes) related injury). Most embarrassing injury ever, and I still have a small scar So glad it wasn't bad enough to need stitches.

I probably have a lot of suppressed memories of embarrassing injuries.

I've never injured myself seriously.

But my brother was climbing a tree one night, he fell and abruptly stopped as a branch went through his thigh, keeping him from falling.

He started laughing because he thought he peed himself, but then bawled his eyes out when he saw a fucking branch through his thigh.

Holy shit! Wow!

6 years ago, I gave myself third degree burns all on my thighs because I accidentally spilled burning on tea on myself.

And I have the usual things like tripping over, or walking into doors or poles, i can be very clumsy.

When I was little I was trying to get my mom's attention.
She was down the basement and I was at the top of the steps.
I ended up falling down the steps because I was getting mad she was not answering me.
I had bruises all over me and a huge black eye.
The doctor I went to could not even look at me because apparently my face looked that ugly and swollen after it happened.

Another times I have accidentally hurt myself is falling off my bed, walking into doors, getting too competitive in sports, and getting burnt by taking stuff out of the oven with no oven mit because I allways forget.

In my catering class last year, I reached into the oven to get the tray out. I put it on the bench, still hot. I was going to stick a skewer in there to see if it needed to go back in, and burned my inner forearm on the edge of the tray.

The mark is faintly still there.

I smacked right into the conservatory door because i thought it was open then 10 minute later i did the exact same thing. Broke my arm.

Seeing that I'm a very clumsy person and I hardly ever pay attention when I walk, I trip over a lot. But I don't cause myself serious injuries, nothing to be worried about. I just get the usual leg bruises and small cuts on my knees when I'm wearing my shorts. I often times have small little cuts on my fingers because i read a lot and when i turn the pages, I get paper cuts.

Meh, nothing serious.

In middle school a friend and I were fighting over some wooden thing( I cannot remember what it was) and he let go and it hit me in the head. I quickly threw my hand up because, well, it hurt. I held my hand there most of the class until my teacher asked what I was doing, when I finally lifted my hand there was blood all over it. >.< So I had to go to the nurse of course, and I ended up having to take my school picture with a huge chunk of my eyebrow missing.

You and flow both fail at the game of grabbing objects from people.


I've never really had any serious injuries. I've been to the ER a couple of times. I always feel bad because there are people coming in with like really serious injuries and stuff and all I need are stitches or something late at night.
