if you like it frizzy then you shouldnt care what other people think.
I like my hair crazy/frizzy in the back (not spiky). Ive had people make fun of me but I still do it any ways.

if you feel good with it that way than you should just let it be (:
better comfortable with frizzy than awkward in somethin else
if you really want to change it cause you're not happy with it there's a lot of anti-frizz hair products out there and a flat iron usually gets rid of it too
