well if your unsure then dont go for him.... but if i were you i wold take a chance the worst that could happen would be that it didnt work out right ?

i would say try it. if he is nice and is easy to be around there r two things that r inportant, and if u like him adn he likes u, then y not.
it is not illegal unless you get cought. ^^
