A hair advise one,

So basically I need a haircut really bad, I get more and more fed up with my hair everyday, it's a pain.
I want it to be shorter all around, but I'm not sure exactly how.
Any pictures of haircuts that are like my hairstyle but shorter?
or maybe something totally different? As of now I don't care whether it's something new that will force me to cut a lot off or not, because it's just so hard to manage.
